Richelle B. Williams, a graduate of Montclair State University in broadcasting and education, started at Martin’s Home For Service in 1999 as a consultant to the funeral home, handling their administrative systems. In 2006, Ms. Williams attended Mercer County Community College and acquired her Funeral Service degree in 2007. She is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the American Society of Notaries. Ms. Williams is the present manager of Martin’s Home For Service and continues to follow the Martin's family tradition, offering “Quality with Dignity " through Martinism.

A 2018 graduate of Eastwick College in Hackensack, NJ with an associate's in Mortuary Science. She joined Martin's Home for Service Inc. in 2020, becoming a licensed funeral director in April 2021 continuing the tradition of "Quality with Dignity" through Martinism.
A devout Christian and self-proclaimed prayer warrior. who's hobbies include jumping rope with the 40+ Double Dutch club, reading, roller skating and dancing (house music)
