William L Tillery aka "Pete", 97, of East Orange, formerly of Montclair, passed away Jan 18, 2020. There will be a graveside service Thursday, January 23, 12:00 noon, at Mt Hebron Cemetery, 851 Valley Road, Upper Montclair, NJ. He was an Optometrist in East Orange, Campbell -Tillery, from 1969 to 2000. He leaves to cherish his memory; his long-time companion Grace Claiborne, his step-daughter Felicia Claiborne-Hodge, 2 step-granddaughters, Shameca and Mikayla Hodge, 3 step great grand sons; Mekhi, Majied and Muneer Crews, and his best friend Gus Zois. He will be deeply missed.
