William Reginald Monroe, 99, of East Orange formerly of Montclair, passed away August 17, 2019.
Visitation is Saturday, August 24, 10 to 11am with service beginning 11am, at Martin" Home For Service, 48 Elm St. Montclair, NJ. Sgt. Monroe, as he liked to be referred to, served in WWII. He was a life long member of the American Legion and the NAACP. He leaves to cherish his memory:
His children; Michelle Regina and William Radcliff Monroe, a granddaughter Yolanda Good and a host of other relatives and friends. He will be deeply missed.
