Terrell Galloway Obituary

Terrell JoVan Galloway passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2025, at his home in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Born on June 16, 1987, in Newark, New Jersey, Terrell was affectionately nicknamed “Snapple Cap” by his Aunt Kim. He was known for his insatiable curiosity and ability to articulate thoughtfully on an impressive range of topics - from World History, current events, entrepreneurial ventures, sports, gardening, off-grid building and living, obscure facts, and the list goes on! Conversations with Terrell were enlightening and humorous - leaving you with something new to think about.

Terrell also had the rare gift of making people feel seen, heard, and understood. He was an advocate for those without a voice and known for his concern and deep empathy for others. Terrell left a lasting impression on those he encountered.

Though he faced significant health challenges in recent years, Terrell met them with strength, courage, and a positive attitude - a quiet testament to his character. Terrell was looking forward to launching his new business venture and nurturing his baby lemon tree and grapevine.

In honor of Terrell, the next time you squeeze a lemon, enjoy your favorite glass of vino, open a Snapple or stumble upon an interesting fact, please take a moment to smile, and think of him.
He would have loved that!

Terrell is survived by his parents Jennifer Galloway and Rodney Reynolds, brother, Courtney Callahan; his “Precious Grandmommy”, Elnora Galloway; aunts and uncles (“The Family”) —
Bryan, Mark, Kimberley, Kiersten, and Scott Galloway; Kevin Bryant (lovingly known as POPS”); and his cherished circle of cousins, extended family, and friends. Terrell will be dearly
missed by all who knew and loved him.
