Rose Lee Pow Obituary

Rose Mary LeePow was born on July 18, 1923 in Mantura, Trinidad, West Indies. She was the daughter of the late Alexander Farias and Basilla Inniss. 

Rose Move to Montclair in1969. She had accepted Christ at a young age and became a member at Saint Peter Claver Catholic Church. She worked as a caregiver for the elderly and a domestic in the Montclair area. She retired in 1990 to care for her sick husband John LeePow. 

Rose was a loving mother, a prayerful grandmother known as "Granny," and a spectacular great-grandmother. Her life is as a Legend with struggles overcoming adversity with perseverance, and inspiration. She left a legacy from lessons she poured into her family and friends. Though her physical presence is no more, her spirit, her love, and her smiles will live on in the hearts of all those who , cherished and loved her. 

She transitioned from this earthly life to her heavenly home Saturday, November 6, 2021. Rose was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband John Robert LeePow, her brothers, Neal, Lawrence, Sonny, Joseph, Chrissencio, her sisters Mary, May, Annette, Martha, her oldest son Cyprian LeePow, and her second daughter Merilyn Kelly.
