Lawrence Pierre

Lawrence Pierre was a caring son, brother, father, nephew, cousin and friend.  He was born to Yveline Emile and Larousse Pierre on July 11, 1980 in Newark, New Jersey.  He said goodbye on September 28, 2021 at the age of 41 in Livingston, New Jersey.

After graduating from Columbia High School, Lawrence went on to graduate with is Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University where he studied English Literature and became a school teacher.  He was an author of three poetry books and mentor who took inspiration from his son Langston Pierre who helped co-write two of his children’s books.

Lawrence will be remembered by all the lives he touched with his humor, love and care. 

He is survived by his son Langston Pierre, his parents Yveline Emile and Larousse Pierre, his siblings Elyssa Pierre-Le Bris and Jeffrey Pierre along with host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
