Greg Gary Delgado Simpson

Greg Gary Delgardo Simpson  was born on January 9, 1974 in Mandeville, Jamaica to Eveth Faith Miller and Roy Simpson. Greg is survived by four siblings Errol Simpson, Wayne Simpson, Courtney Simpson, June Simpson-Adan, and half-sister Yvenda Moore. Greg joined the angels on April 17, 2024.

Greg was raised in Mandeville, Jamaica, attended Beaumont Comprehensive College and Knox Community College in Mandeville, Jamaica. Greg migrated to the US in 1992 to be with his family, his maternal grandmother Carmen G. Miller, sisters, brothers, cousins, aunt Zona Miller, uncles Karl & Dervon Milller and extended miller family. During, his time he worked in sales and group homes. 

Greg was very family oriented, quiet and NEVER raised his voice. Greg was a go to person for ANYTHING whatever anyone was going through and did not want to have it shared he was the person to talk to. When he walked into any room if it was gloomy or dark he would brighten it up just by his presents. Greg was kind, caring, respectful and in return respected by many. He was well known for his kindness and going above and beyond for everyone. 

Greg leaves to cherish his memory; five children, Greg Simpson Jr., Christopher Simpson, Elijah Simpson, Javanie Simpson, and daughter Shanayah, and his mom Eveth Faith Miller. Greg also leaves behind his cousin Shinneka (Nikki) whom he helped to raise while in Jamaica and still when he arrived to the US. Nikki went to Greg for everything they were cousins but more like brother and sister. No matter what obstacle Nikki went through good or bad Greg always stared her down the right path. 

Greg leaves behind a host of friends, and family, he will be deeply missed.
