Frederick James Troutman was born August 5, 1960, in Newark, NJ., to the late Freddie James Troutman and Doris Lucy Troutman.
Fred grew up in Bloomfield, NJ where he joined the Boy Scouts. From the Boy Scouts he grew to love fishing, camping, archery, and canoeing. He spent the rest of his life doing these things on the Delaware River. Fred also loved watching wrestling on TV. When he was a child he loved spending summers in Virginia with his cousins, the Saylor Family.
Fred worked for many years for a moving company. He last worked with senior citizens as a driver for Weequatic seniors and Chrill Care. He enjoyed them immensely
On Wednesday, January 30, 2019, F his memoryred grew ill and died suddenly. He leaves to cherish his memories and carry on his legacy; his sisters, Diane and Darleen Troutman, his cousins the Saylor Family, and a host of many relatives and friends.
