Cynthia Mills, 72 of West Orange, NJ passed away on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020. Born in St. Johns, Antigua to the late Claudius Richards and Maida Paul. Cynthia retired from the Essex County Division of Citizens Services in 2011 where she was employed for 35 years as a Family Service Worker. She is survived by her husband Larry Duncan , sons Kurt and Jeffrey, brother Paul and numerous relatives.
