Viola Dawe Thomas, 97, of Montclair, passed away February 21, 2019. Visitation will be Saturday, March 2, 2019, from10-11am, with service immediately following beginning 11am, at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 51 Elm St, Montclair, NJ. Viola is survived by her four children, Sue Julia, William Henry Jr. (& Cynthia Grant), Linda Princess (& Steve Ponton) and John Henry (& Dennis Coffey); seven grandchildren, Cheryl (& Hanniel) Nduati, Carol Thomas, Stephen (& Jennika) Thomas, Stephanie Thomas (& Greg Parker), David A.
